James McElvar, a member of a Scottish boy band Rewind, was travelling from Standsted to Glasgow airport on a budget carrier EasyJet. The airline only permits passengers to have one piece of hand carry luggage. But the singer had already packed a suitcase and a small back pack with him.
Avoiding to pay for 45 pound baggage fee, he wore six t-shirts, four sweaters, three pais of jeans, two pairs of track pants, and a two hats. When the flight took of, he started to feel ill as his temperature went high. He started to throw up and eventually collapsed.
