The 18 mayors in Metro Manila have agreed to adopt at least two towns to help Typhoon hit area in fast recovery. Thus, Metro Manila Development Authority has agreed on Monday to donate 10 motorized fishing boats.
The Super Typhoon Yolanda has brought damage to the fishing livelihood to the residents in Leyte and Samar. Thus, the 10 fishing boats with motor engines, lamps and fish nets will be given to the victims.
There are 18 MMDA employees will deliver the fishing boats and is it expected to arrive on Wednesday in Sulat.
