PLDT has been beating around the bush with its poor customer service and if you happen to be affected of their ubber slowish connection, then you might as well get a rebate. For instance, PLDT has been too slow with their connections and most of the time they are actually lagging behind in fixing. There have been reports by many users that their connection is really slow and it takes time for them to fix it.

I have friend who happens to be on their 3MBPS plan and is currently fond of downloading movies and T.V series on torrent sites. It so happens,  that PLDT was to slow in fixing, and took time for them to get the connection fixed. I know many subscribers are experiencing this kind of problem, but my question is, if it took them like say two weeks or a month to fix the problem shouldn’t we get a rebate or something?

Other countries most especially in the United States, major telcos have taken into consideration how important customer relations are and are giving out rebate as a means of helping their customers out due to their outages of their service.

PLDT on the other hand doesn’t have the word “rebate” on their vocabulary. My question is, how are we as paying customers get compensated for their poor quality service. The downtime with their connection will never be compensated and PLDT being a self proclaimed number one TELCO in the Philippines doesn’t even understand how to handle customer relations properly.

Ask yourself as a consumer, are you really getting what you want from your money? Is PLDT on top of its throne thinking this is a numbers game and don’t give a crap of their subscribers? Customers should be treated with respect and I for one agree that PLDT  has a poor customer service.
