Firecrackers ‘Super Yolanda’ and ‘Goodbye Napoles’ seized from markets


Filipinos wouldn’t miss firecrackers in every Holiday Season even though the danger of being hurt is there.

During this year’s Christmas, there are a total of 83 people hurt by stray bullets and firecrackers, 6 stray bullets and 77 by firecrackers. And officials said that they are expecting more this coming New Year’s Eve celebration.

Officers have already seized firecrackers including “Super Yolanda” and “Goodbye Napoles”. Other firecrackers named as Bin Laden, Dancing Firecracker, Five Star, Judas Belt, Picollo, Sawa (phython), Super Whistlebomb, Super Lolo and Watusi were also confiscated.
