President Benigno Aquino III recently shares to everyone the plan of buying more aircraft. The Philippine Air Force will buy eight combat utility helicopters, six close air support aircraft, and two-long range patrol aircraft, plus radar systems.

“We also intend to buy full motion flight simulator to improve the training of our pilots,” the President said in a speech aired on the state-run dzRB.

These additional aircrafts are on top of the FA50 that will be delivered next year to Air Force from South Korea.
