Too much zinc can lead to kidney stone



A new discovery shows that having high level of zinc in our body contributes to the formation of kidney stones.

Kidney stones, according to National Kidney Foundation, are normally caused by drinking very little water everyday, too much or too little exercise, being overweight, and eating food with too much salt or sugar.

Today it shows that another element that highly contributes in the having a kidney stone is too much zinc in the body. Sample foods that are high in zinc are oysters, red meat, poultry and seafood such as crab and lobsters.
